Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

1. Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged, please report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will gladly accept the return and provide a replacement or refund.
2. Leaked Product: In the case of a product arriving with leakage or spillage, please inform us immediately upon receiving the package. We will arrange for a return and either send a new product or issue a refund.
3. Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ensure the correct product is sent to you or offer a refund if preferred.

Non-Returnable Products:

For any products not falling into the above categories (i.e., undamaged, unopened, and correctly delivered), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
